CADIZ HOLDINGS – TRADING STATEMENT
Cadiz Holdings shareholders are advised that the group's basic and diluted headline earnings per share and earnings per share for the year ended 31 March 2010 are anticipated to be more than 20% higher than for the year ended 31 March 2009.
More specific information will be provided to shareholders as soon as there is a reasonable degree of certainty as to the range within 20% by which headline earnings per share and earnings per share have increased.
The group's results for the year ended 31 March 2010 will be announced on SENS on Monday 31 May 2010.
The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been reviewed or reported on by the group's auditors.
