What is the Cadiz Swim Series?

The Cadiz Swim Series is a succession of cold water Cape sea swim races to promote swimming and to raise funds for good causes.

The Cadiz Swim Series currently comprises of the following swims, Youth Day Swim, Woman’s Day Swim, Heritage Day Swim, Human Rights’ Day Swim and the Cadiz Freedom Swim.

Each swim takes place on a public holiday specifically to celebrate these significant days and South Africa’s history and heritage.

Furthermore, each event aims to raise awareness of the significance of these public holidays and to give back by raising funds for causes which are related to these public holidays.

Cadiz Swim Series rules and regulations are in line with those of the CLDSA and Channel rules.
